Large villa close to Puerto Banus. A car is not necessary as shops, restaurants, bars and even a supermarket can be reached on foot. The villa is set in private gardens, which has a private swimming pool and a covered pavilion. The pavilion is located next to the pool and provides a great place to hide away or for dinning alongside the pool. The lounge is light, airy and provides a relaxing atmosphere... The kitchen has a small breakfast table but mostly our clients prefer eating out in one of the many restaurants. The villa has five bedrooms and four bathrooms and a guest WC. A twin bedroom is located on the ground floor and has an en-suite shower room with separate bath. Three bedrooms are located on the first floor, two bedrooms share a bathroom and the other bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The spacious master bedroom can be accessed via a spiral stair and has a large en-suite bathroom with a large bathtub. All bedrooms have independent air conditioning units. NOTE: From the street to the villa there is a steep flight of stairs, so it is not wheelchair accessible.
